Refund policy

Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect products. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with valid proof (such as photos or videos).

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, including earrings, customized products, and items purchased during sales or at discounted prices.

Once a return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
